One of the main attractions of the Loire Valley are its castles which are steeped in history and architectural heritage.The most famous castles in the Loire  Valley include Chenonceau, Chambord, Cheverny, Chaumont sur Loire and Amboise.  

Otherwise, why not visit one of the lessor known but charming chateau in the area such as Beauregard, Fougère, Chemery, Villesavin and Gué Péan

Beauval Zoo

 

ZooParc de Beauval is one of France's most favourite zoos. The zoo has more than 35,000 animals spread over 40 hectares of land and has one of the largest animal collections in France. 

The zoo is only a 20 minute drive away from La Pillebourdière
